Are you fascinated by the aviation industry? As a Load Controller within the Emirates Group, you’ll be at the core of airport operations, managing aircraft weight, balance, and documentation. This role is essential for coordinating loading for top international airlines, ensuring safety and precision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job description

  • Prepare and check load plans for each flight to ensure balance and safety
  • Work with ground staff, airline teams, and crew for smooth, on-time loading
  • Calculate and provide load sheets and data to the flight crew
  • Perform weight and balance checks during flights to keep the aircraft stable
  • Keep accurate records of load details, like manifests and weight reports
  • Meet strict deadlines, adjust to shift schedules, and follow airline guidelines

Requirements

  • Interest in aviation, with a strong sense of responsibility and focus on safety
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Clear communication skills for working well with different teams
  • Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Ability to handle pressure, adapt to shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Fluency in English (Czech is a plus)
